STANDARD DELIVERY

• All orders are sent via Royal Mail 48.

• Estimated delivery time: 2–3 working days.

• During busy periods (such as holidays or sales), delivery may take up to 7–10 working days.

EXPRESS DELIVERY OPTIONS

If you need your order sooner, you can upgrade at checkout:

• Royal Mail 24 – usually delivered within 1–2 working days.

• Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day) – guaranteed delivery on the next working day after dispatch.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to Royal Mail’s service levels and seasonal demand.

• Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
