1. What is a medical ID?

A Medical ID is jewellery that displays important medical information such as conditions, allergies, or emergency contacts. It helps first responders or medical professionals access vital details quickly in an emergency.

2. How do I choose the right size?

Each product listing includes a sizing guide to help you measure correctly. If you’re unsure, we recommend measuring your wrist snugly and adding around 1–2cm for comfort.

3. Can I have my medical ID engraved?

No, all of our jewellery comes as the photos show. We aren't able to offer any fully personalised items at the moment. We do offer the I.C.E wristbands that you are able to personalise yourself. 

4. How long will my order take to arrive?

We post all orders using Royal Mail 48, which usually takes 2–3 working days. During busy periods, please allow up to 7–10 working days. If you need your item sooner, you can upgrade to Royal Mail 24 (1–2 days) or Special Delivery Next Day.

5. Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we primarily ship within the UK. If you are outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us at info.medicalidme@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help.

6. What is your refund policy?

We’re happy to offer full refunds for items returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they’re in original condition. Please return your order to: Medical ID Me, Park House, 920 Bradford Road, Birstall, WF17 9PH.
